Our Cryo Package: 2–3 minutes in the cryo chamber at up to –85 °C helps relieve pain, skin issues, and inflammation, strengthens the immune system, and speeds up recovery – perfect for athletes. At the same time, it boosts overall well-being, promotes inner calm, and releases endorphins.

Duration: approx. 15 min (including preparation), chamber session 1–4 min

  • You begin the treatment in our infrared cabin. The deep heat loosens the muscles in your neck and back.

  • Then, enjoy a 40-minute aromatherapy oil massage.

Duration: approx. 50 minutes

  • You begin the treatment in our Cryo-Chamber at -85°C. The cold stimulates circulation, detoxifies the body, and boosts adrenaline and serotonin.

  • Afterwards, a relaxing back massage follows, using skincare products made from Galtürer gentian – exclusively developed by our partner company Enzian Cultiviert.

Duration: approx. 50 minutes

  • You begin the treatment in our Cryo-Chamber at -85°C. The cold stimulates circulation, detoxifies the body, and boosts adrenaline and serotonin.

  • Then, enjoy a leg massage.

Duration: 25 minutes

  • The treatment begins with a gentle exfoliation using our in-house scrub salt.

  • After a brief shower, enjoy an aromatherapy oil massage.

Enjoy a soothing full-body massage with warm oils, followed by a calming facial and head massage that relaxes your senses and promotes deep relaxation.

Warm water jets gently massage the body during a relaxing full- or partial-body treatment, which can also be done clothed.
This massage is ideal for both people with back issues and active athletes.

Special Treatments

Cryo-Chamber

In our unique Cryo-Chamber, you will experience a temperature of -85°C. The extreme cold causes blood vessels in the skin to constrict, followed by a rapid expansion once the treatment is over.

This interaction promotes circulation, reduces inflammation, accelerates metabolism and detoxification, and stimulates the production of adrenaline and serotonin.

During the treatment, you will wear your underwear, and we will provide the necessary protective clothing for your ears, feet, and, if needed, your hands. The treatment duration of about one to three minutes is recommended by specialized software after filling out an electronic questionnaire, but you can leave the chamber at any time.

Duration: approx. 15 minutes, including preparation and aftercare, with a stay in the chamber lasting 1-4 minutes

Water massages at Silvretta Therme

Wellsystem massage bed at the spa area

Therapeutic full-body or partial-body massage using targeted water pressure. Our Wellsystem is a water bed filled with body-temperature water, where massages are performed using a hydrojet.

You can use the Wellsystem in clothing or with a bathrobe, no changing required.
