Located at the heart of the pool area, the impressive adventure pool with hydro jets and in-water loungers invites you to kick back and enjoy the marvellous mountain views. The highlight of this area is the light-flooded, cone-shaped whirl grotto. The spacious relaxation areas, including the gallery and the Silvretta relaxation room, provide a peaceful environment to unwind.

For you, a spa visit is all about relaxation? Silvretta Therme is a perfect place to relax and unwind – but it’s also great for working on your fitness. After all, swimming not only is an effective cardiovascular workout, it’s also good for your back, arm and abdominal muscles. The best place to do laps is the 25-metre indoor sports pool with three lanes and starting blocks. Do you prefer outdoor exercise? Then you’ll be happy to hear that you can also do your laps in the outdoor sports pool during summer.

A visit to the saltwater pool is particularly recommended for detox purposes or if you suffer from neurodermatitis.
